Great price for New Year's Eve. Room was spacious and clean. The restaurant had good food and drinks. , the hotel has a central location, close to shops and local entertainment spots. The staff was friendly and they spoke my language.
I didn't like that my room was too hot and there was no way to regulate the temperature. the walls were thin, so I could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms.

A very clean, quiet, modern and well-run hotel, with good dining facilities. American and Western European visitors will most certainly be satisfied with the accommodations at the Orange Hotel in Cherkassy. Most of the staff I encountered could speak English except for the waiters. The single-occupant room I stayed in was large enough to be a small apartment, with separate bedroom and living room. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The location was just off the main street which probably helped reduce any outside noise.
This was the closest hotel to the central business district of Cherkassy, a 20- to 30-minute walk in snowy weather. So if you're in a rush, take a cab which are inexpensive in Cherkassy or walk a block to Shevchenka Boulevard where buses run very frequently. The waiters not being able to speak any English was disappointing. But these were minor issues to an otherwise excellent hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Cherkasy! the location is ideal, right in the center of town but tucked away in a quiet area. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, despite their limited English. Lastly, the rooms were basic but clean, with a modern bathroom and a comfortable double bed. Plus, the breakfast included was a nice bonus!
All was fine, no issues to mention.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the main street in a bustling part of town, close to the city centre. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. the breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of options, and the on, site restaurant serves high, quality meals until midnight. Guests can enjoy the comfortable ambiance and friendly atmosphere.
Some aspects could be improved such as the lack of English, speaking staff, which can be inconvenient for international travelers who may have trouble communicating their needs.

Good value for money and modern hotel. the location is central and within walking distance of the city center. the food and beer were good, and the staff were able to speak English. During Christmas, the hotel was decorated beautifully, and the atmosphere was quite festive.
The room was a bit outdated and had some minor cleanliness issues. the bedframe had some unpleasant stains, and the shower cubicle had some black mold in it.
